Challenge


One of our Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealers in Houston, TX was looking to gain market share by reaching a new audience of vehicle owners outside of it’s current database.

Solution


We developed a plan to motivate consumers outside of the dealer’s current brand, but profiled to be very similar to their current customer. We would use a compelling contest with multiple response mechanisms and layered lead scoring to make sure we could deliver positive showroom activity with prospects that had a high propensity to purchase the vehicles they sold.

We analyzed the dealer’s database and market to discover the best competitive brands most likely to switch to the dealer’s brand, as well as the best internal trade-in vehicles that produced high returns for his pre-owned sales.
